The food at Villa Post is rooted in classic cuisine, executed in a modern way and with a distinctly Nordic expression. The dishes are recognisable, but elevated by technique, a deep understanding of ingredients, and precision.
We focus on solid craftsmanship and big flavours. Everything is created with events in mind: the food has to look strong on the plate, work in service, and offer high value for money.
Every detail is tuned to perfection – whether it is an intimate management meeting or a grand celebration. Behind the kitchen is a large, experienced culinary team with many years of experience from some of the country’s busiest and most ambitious restaurants. Almost all wishes and needs can be accommodated.
